As a final note, the Ferry is not available for birthday parties, cocktail parties, weddings, business retreats, or other large gatherings. We tried that from time to time and it is just too crazy and takes a toll on our home.

Parking spots are typically ample, and with notice you can use the private spot in front of the driveway. However, there is a 2-hour parking limit for non-resident vehicles from 8am to 9pm Monday through Friday. That means you need to move your car every two hours during the day. Nights are easier -- if you park your car after 7pm you can leave it there until 10am the next morning. All that being said, temporary parking permits are available. The unit has a very comfortable queen bed and is perfect for solo travelers, a couple, or even a small family. *Studio accommodates a max of 4 people, $15/per person per night over 2 guests. Make sure you read the signs as the city is enforcing the parking rules strictly.
